EU Order Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-off)

Right of Withdrawal for EU Consumers

According to the EU Directive 2023/2673, consumers residing in the European Union (EU) have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period"). The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

Important Exceptions & Diminished Value Policy:

Unused Goods Only:
To receive a full refund, the spray guns and accessories must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging intact.

Diminished Value Charges:
Please note that automotive spray guns are precision tools. If the product has been used, tested with liquids, or stained with paint/solvents, it cannot be resold as new. Under EU law, we reserve the right to deduct a diminished value charge (up to 50%-100% of the product price depending on the wear) from your final refund to cover the loss of commercial value.

Return Shipping Costs:
Unless the item delivered was incorrect or defective upon arrival, the buyer is solely responsible for covering the direct cost of returning the goods to our fulfillment warehouse.

How to Submit a Withdrawal Request (Order Cancellation)

To exercise your right of withdrawal and cancel your order, you can submit a request directly through your customer account. Please follow the steps below:

1. Go to Your Account: Click the button below or navigate to the store's login page.

2. Sign in: Enter your email address and the six-digit verification code sent to your inbox.

3. Find Your Order: In your account dashboard, locate the order you wish to withdraw (cancel).

4. Request Withdrawal: Click on the "Withdraw" or "Cancel order" option for that specific order (this is the withdrawal request, not a standard return).

5. Select Items: If your order contains multiple items, select the ones you are withdrawing from the contract.

6. Provide Reason & Note: Choose a withdrawal reason (optional) and add any relevant notes for our team.

7. Submit: Click the submit button to finalize your withdrawal request.

Once your withdrawal request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label (if applicable). After we receive and inspect the returned goods, your refund will be processed according to the policy above.
