Warranty Policy

I. Warranty Period

PORPHIS provides a limited warranty for all spray gun products covering 12 months from the date of receipt.

II. Warranty Coverage

Under normal use conditions, any failure caused by material or manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced—either with the same model or equivalent parts—free of charge.

Coverage includes:

  • Structural defects of the spray gun body
  • Internal air or paint leaks present upon delivery
  • Abnormal spray performance not resulting from physical damage

III. Exclusions

The following are not covered under warranty:

  1. Normal wear and tear (e.g., nozzles, needle valves, seals)
  2. Clogs or damage caused by failure to follow the instruction manual for cleaning and maintenance
  3. Malfunctions resulting from the use of non-PORPHIS original parts
  4. Cosmetic or structural damage caused by accidental drops, impacts, or forced disassembly
  5. Seal failure caused by prolonged soaking in highly corrosive solvents
  6. Unauthorized disassembly or modification by non‑official personnel

IV. Warranty Claim Process

Submit a warranty claim via our website contact form or email us at services@ct-spraygun.com

Provide your order number, product model, photos or videos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem

Our support team will respond within 24 hours to confirm whether the claim falls under warranty coverage

If approved, we will ship the necessary repair parts free of charge (we bear the shipping cost for the replacement or repaired item)

Support continues until the issue is resolved

V. After‑Sales Commitment

Lifetime technical support – Whether within the warranty period or not, you can always contact us for advice on using, maintaining, and troubleshooting your spray gun.

Spare parts availability – All consumable/wear parts are available for purchase on our official website, so you never need to replace the entire gun.
