Does the Gift Card expire?
No.
PORPHIS Gift Card never expire and no inactivity, maintenance, or service fees will be charged.
How do I use my Gift Card?
After purchase, the system immediately emails your gift card with the code, balance, and balance-check link.
Enter the gift card code at checkout to apply the balance.
Gift cards can be combined with discount codes, can pay for product prices and shipping fees, and multiple gift cards may be used in one order.
If the balance is insufficient, another payment method may be used. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
How can I check my Gift Card balance?
1、You can check your balance by clicking “View Gift Card Balance” in your gift card email
2、By contacting customer support.
Can the Gift Card balance be refunded?
Yes.
The refund will be returned to the original payment method.
The refund amount will be calculated using the following formula, deducting any bonus amount:
Refund Amount = Gift Card Balance – Bonus Amount
Note:
If the gift card balance is insufficient to cover the bonus amount, a refund will not be possible.
Example:
If you top up $1500 and receive a bonus of $100, for a total of $1600:
If you spend $600, leaving a balance of $1000 → Refund Amount = $1000 – $100 = $900
If you spend $1500, leaving a balance of $100 → Refund Amount = $100 – $100 = $0 (No refund)
Is the Gift Card safe to use?
Yes.
Only the gift card holder can access the card code;
Even PORPHIS cannot view your full code.
Gift cards comply with the U.S. CARD Act and related state laws.
Do not share your code with unknown third parties.
